Se trata de un microlote único, resultado de una cosecha muy pequeña. Cuando estas pocas bolsas se acaben, es probable que esta misma expresión de sabor no se repita 

Este microlote de Bourbon Rosado, cultivado en las montañas de Antioquia, ofrece una taza sedosa con notas de cacao, miel y cereza, que se sienten naturales y limpias desde el primer sorbo.

Proviene de la finca La Mataringa, donde una cosecha muy pequeña permitió cuidar cada detalle del proceso. Tras una oxidación en canastas por 24 horas, el café pasa por una fermentación anaeróbica de 48 horas. Luego se despulpa la cereza y se seca al sol durante 15 días con el mucílago intacto, en marquesinas de madera.

Este proceso honey es el responsable de su textura ligeramente pegajosa, su dulzura envolvente y sus sabores frutales brillantes, que recuerdan a la miel fresca y la fruta madura.

Yes. Choose the right grind and adjust the time and ratio according to your method.

How do I store coffee to maintain its freshness?

Store sealed in a cool, dry place, away from heat and sunlight. Avoid refrigeration or freezing once the bag is opened.

How much does one bag yield (250 g / 454 g)?

At 1:16, 250 g ≈ 4 L of coffee; 454 g ≈ 8 L. It depends on the cup size.

Does the coffee come in a bag with a valve and an airtight seal?

Yes, we use a one-way valve and airtight seal to preserve aromas.

What is the roast profile (light/medium/dark) and how does it affect flavor?

Light to medium profiles to highlight sweetness, balanced acidity and cleanliness in the cup.

Do you grind the coffee at the time of purchase?

Yes. If you choose ground coffee , we prepare it according to your method: fine (espresso, mocha), medium (V60, Chemex, Aeropress), or coarse (French press, cold brew). For maximum freshness, we recommend whole bean .
