We roast in short cycles every week to ensure freshness. The roasting date is printed on the bag.

What grind should I choose (fine, medium, coarse)?

Fine: ideal for espresso and mocha .
Medium: perfect for V60, Chemex, Aeropress .
Thick: French press and cold brew .
If you buy ground, we prepare it according to your method.

What ratio and quick guide do you recommend for preparing it?

Starts at 1:16 (1 g coffee : 16 g water). Fuller body: 1:15. Cleaner: 1:17.

Does it work for V60, Chemex, French press and espresso?

Yes. Choose the right grind and adjust the time and ratio according to your method.

How do I store coffee to maintain its freshness?

Store sealed in a cool, dry place, away from heat and sunlight. Avoid refrigeration or freezing once the bag is opened.

How much does one bag yield (250 g / 454 g)?

At 1:16, 250 g ≈ 4 L of coffee; 454 g ≈ 8 L. It depends on the cup size.

Does the coffee come in a bag with a valve and an airtight seal?

Yes, we use a one-way valve and airtight seal to preserve aromas.

What is the roast profile (light/medium/dark) and how does it affect flavor?

Light to medium profiles to highlight sweetness, balanced acidity and cleanliness in the cup.

Do you grind the coffee at the time of purchase?

Yes. If you choose ground coffee , we prepare it according to your method: fine (espresso, mocha), medium (V60, Chemex, Aeropress), or coarse (French press, cold brew). For maximum freshness, we recommend whole bean .

How long does shipping take in Colombia and what is the cost?

Domestic shipping within 1–4 business days, depending on the city. Cost calculated at checkout.
