David is the third generation to choose to remain in the countryside and help his family innovate and improve the processes on their farm. His father, José Noé, passed down all the knowledge he inherited from his own father, who, at 97 years old, continues to be a key figure in the family’s coffee-growing tradition. On the farm, the crops thrive under the shade of trees that contribute to local reforestation and hold organic production certification, using chemical-free fertilizers and generating no pollution.
